Joni Liebel is a certified coach, small business owner, consultant, and career expert specializing in careers and life transitions. Joni is passionate about helping clients move into exciting and satisfying new chapters in their professional and personal lives.

Assisting her clients to attract and build a professional and personal life consistent with their values is not just a goal of Joni’s, it’s her passion. What differentiates Joni from those in her field is not just her ability to be a career coach, but the career-transition experience she has experienced personally and as a supportive spouse. She understands the effort and commitment involved. She can truly empathize with and guide her clients.

When Joni became a parent she asked her corporate employer for a transition to part-time employment. Since her employer thought that this would be too “difficult” to manage, she launched Liebel Case Management a private practice offering vocational and medical case management services, career counseling and placement services. Joni has operated her small business since 1999 while raising her children. Ask her about work life “balance”!

What also sets Joni is her unique educational background. She earned a Masters of Health Science Degree from the University of Florida with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling. This coach training is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) an international, independent, professional body for coaches that sets rigorous, and internationally recognized, standards for both coaching and coach training.

Joni is a member of the International Coach Federation and Career Management Alliance (CMA). She She is a frequent contributor to her own blog, which offers advice on career transition, job search, and labor market trends.

Joni is presently a volunteer with Hospice of Cabarrus County and is the originator and facilitator of the Network Concord Job Seekers.
When not helping others fulfill their ambitions, Joni spends time with her husband, daughters, and assorted family pets. Together they garden, spend time outdoors, and cook.
